Arthur Adams call from 855-890-2982 that I owe a debt, left a message.  Returned call spoke with Stephen Sanders stating that I owed for a payday loan and that a warrant was being issued for my arrest.

Did they actually sue you?  If not, they're in violation of the FDCPA.

You can't be arrested for failing to pay a debt.  That the debt collection company is even threatening it is a violation of the FDCPA.
