    Number is from ELS-CCA Collections.. I have told them over and over again. Wrong number! They say thank You we remove. a least thats what it sounds like. If they are going to call people in the south they should at least be able to speak clearly!!!!!! They are costing me minutes on my cell!
    They are a third aprty collections they buy out the debts you owe to other companies after the time has expired to collect for them. DONOT SAY YES TO ANY QUESTION. It will restart your debt.
