Several calls as well.  Don't know who this is.  But they said my case # 3475397.  The person's name that left a message was Robert Thompson.  Said he had document's to serve me but also stated to avoid be served and stop the delivery to call 877-293-3663.  What a joke.

Robert Townsend called, said the same as above. Then they said they would be escorted by law enforcement to deliver papers. Like Law enforcement doesn't have anything better to do. Case # 352-0796

I received this same message from a blocked number. A private courior, Mr. Robert Thomson stated the message was for a Miguel Solanes, which isn't me. Case # Sk18254. Told me to call this number to stop delivery for documents by calling the filing party.

Same here!!! got a message from this guy on my voice mail stating that he had documents that "unfortunately needed to be served w/ and escort at my resisdence or my employment".  Really?  I got the same message over a month ago from a Phil somebody.  Smells like a scam to me.  If he already has the documents to be served then how can I make a call and stop it.  Just curious.

I got the same message from the above # From Joe Johnson who said the same as above. I however claimed bankrupcy over a year and a half ago so I have no debt and no collectors protested my bankrupcy. So I don't see how anyone could take me to court. I guess I will see what happens.

Phil Johnson, a private courier has papers to deliver/serve to my place of residence or work. He knows nothing about the agency of which the papers come from or why they are sending them to me. He said to call 18772933663 and give my case id to them to resolve the issue. Phil did have an accurate address of a place in which I used to reside. The residence of which during I had filed bankruptcy. Cash advance places were included in the bankruptcy. I'm uncertain of the legitimacy of this call. The sheriff wasn't at my door so who knows if this is a scam or not.

I received a call from Robert Thompson, Private Courier, he also left me a case # and telephone #1-877-293-3663 to call back and was threatened that they had papers to serve me and would come to my place of business or home to serve them. This person not only called my home but my son was so nervous about the call that he gave Robert Thompson my number at work!  I called the number and the person I talked to said it was regarding a "Payday Loan" I took out online over 3 years ago.  After paying them back 3 times what I borrowed, I got our State Attorney General involved who contacted the Loan place and was taking legal action against them.

Has anyone attempted in calling them back? I received several messages about the same thing just different names and in a span of 6 months. When I did call back they told me they didn't call me, I insisted the 1-877-293-3663 was left for me to return the call. They just told me, "It must have been the processing department to get my address, and good luck!" SO I got nowhere and nobody to call to stop anything. If I was being served papers, they should have my info on where to deliver. This isn't a law firm.

Yeah that sucks. They called me and left a message. I called back and told them this is a new number and it must've belonged to the guy before me. They said they would take me off of their list and I would not receive any more calls after today.

I called them back and gave them the case no. and told them it must be the person who owned the phone number before me. They said they would take my number off the list and not call me again.

    Probably payday loan stuff.

It's illegal to charge 30% on a loan to customers in NY anyway. At least in NY it is illegal.

Did they call you and leave a message first etc.? Give us a heads up. Between the call and them serving you the papers, how long did it take?

"Anthony" wasn't served; he's just saying that to scare all of you into thinking his company actually serves papers.  The only scam out there is YOU and your sham collection agency "anthony".

I just got a call from a Matthew Morea from Full of Flowers; saying basically the same as what everyone else here wrote. I've never taken a payday loan in my life. I think it's a scam! Don't know for sure, but I'll keep you all posted as it happens.

I received a call from Matthew Morea also. He said the same thing about law enforcement will be with him when he delivers the judgement papers. Years ago I received a judgement from a credit card company and it just came as a certified letter in the US mail. This did not seem real at all. I also agree that Anthony one of the posters on this board is probably working for them as well. I looked up the number online at customtollfree.com. It says the number belongs to a company named Global Crossing. It was acquired by another company named Level 3 recently. Both companies are overseas companies that seem to be involved in malicious acts.

I received a phone call from this same exact number once from a Matthew Moore and then from a Robert Thompson. Both threatend to come out to my residence. I never called the number back because I spoke with an attorney from www.creditlaw.com and he told me it was nothing to worry about.

I have a question though...I reside in the state of Pennsylvania...does everyone else? Beucase I'm sure its impossible for this person to be in multiple states at one time.
