This is a scam - person wants to send you money to cover shipping costs of couriering you a cheque for $100000.  He wants you to give him a credit card number so he can send the money to them so you can give the credit card number to the courier to pay for the shipment.  When you say you aren't giving them that number, he states that he has worked with TD, Bank of Nova Scotia and Royal Bank if you give him your bank information, you will deposit it into it.  He doesn't take no as an answer.  He called three times as I said I know it is a scam and hung up.  He finally said, I will call back tomorrow, This is the eighth call I got from these people.  Nobody should give personal information out on the phone,  I told them to courier the cheque to me and I would give the person the money then once I knew it was a certified cheque.  Of course they can't do that. We all know there isn't a cheque.
