So I think someone was trying to scam me. Got a call by a private number saying they had a returned document that they were trying to serve me (The process serving Co.). They had the correct address. Gave me the case number and lawyers name and phone number. I called to get more information, the secretary said I'll transfer you now, immediately got disconnected and now every repeat call back goes to a busy signal. I think they blocked my number.

You're right. Someone WAS trying to scam you. REAL process servers don't call in advance. If you had actually spoken to someone, they would have told you that you could pay your way out of being served, which is a lie.

Got there same message as person above regarding “a case against me” and unable to serve docs at address. It’s a scam.

Got several calls from a unknown number back to back. They left a message saying that her name was Amber Lynn and she was calling on behalf of the county process servers office of Wayne reason for my call with my department was retained to deliver legal documents for you to appear in court and for some reason they were returned undeliverable from the address we have on file so to avoid for the legal complication so please contact the attorney in charge of your case her name is Tracy Williams at 8773051326 and she will give you full disclosure.
I did not call back.

If you happen to talk to her ask her why she is scamming people since she made a lot of money making those porn films.

They’re scammers. I called repeatedly and no one wanted to inform me of the business titling for the company. Call enough times and they get scared to answer the phone.

The exact happen to me day, all 10 times I tried to call.
