David West from Clark Associates called my mother's home phone and my sister's cell phone threatening to "serve me" and possibly have me arrested today if I didn't call him back in two hours. This is what was told to my sister on Friday and now again on Monday.

This number left as a contact on my vm threatening message for someone other than myself, I did not recognize the name but they left lots of personal information on the phone about him. Number states they are a law firm. lol But not the one I would use to sue this company for sharing personal information.

Husband received call today at home from "unknown"  number. Caller gave 877-305-6663 and case number. I called the #. Caller said he was with Clark & Associates, a law firm in CA. Caller was looking for a very old ex-boyfriend. Said they wanted to know if he was here because they were going to send processor over to our home tomorrow to serve him with summons. One would think if this company was legit they'd know where he lived and wouldn't announce the coming of a process server. Looked up company name given, but it had different phone number and didn't appear to be related to this shady operation.

I Received a call from this # 9729085910 and left me vm tell me to call this number 8773056663 before tomorrow Aug 26 to an arrangement for a complaint.

Was it confirmed as a scam? Curious as they too left a message on an old house # where my ex lives and my cell. But going by my married name that I have had no association with since my divorce in 2004

My mother received a phone call that was for my father. They said something about a complaint that was filed towards my father that required his immediate attention and threatened that if he doesn't call back, there would be some kind of fee that he would have to pay. We made an attempt to call back, but it went to "leaving a message along with name and case number." After that, we decided to look up if it's a valid number which is apparently not.

Sometimes use the CID of Clark and Preston.  Total debt scamming operation so far as I can see.  Ignore and block their calls.
