Got phone call left message asking me to respond about important documents they needed to deliver wanted current address so I could receive them and appear in court. Research puts it to electratrcian company. Call the number they tell you to leave a message and talk about there west coast hours. I live in the east coast. Why would a attorney from there try to get me on court. I owe nothing. I pay my bills. I'm going to call Monday. Then notify the police.

No need to call & don't bother the police since there's nothing they can do about scam phone calls. This is the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance. Just block and ignore such calls.

Answered phone - someone named Allison Harts said she was with Process Server
Division and that they came to our door to serve my husband on 12/08/22.  I let her no that no one came to our door on that day as we were home all day.  I didn't even bother to tell her that we had an electric gate and no one gets in unless we open it to let them in.  LOL   She then stated that he needed to call Anthony Brown at 877-305-6691 for Case #2913545.  I ask her why it was an 800 number if they were local as she stated.  Can't remember her lame excuse as I lost interest at that point.  So sick of scammers, get a frickin real job.   We work hard, stay to ourselves, and pay our bills on time always.   BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS.

I just received a call. She said her name was Amber Lynn and they had been trying to serve me papers but the address they have on file is incorrect. I need to call them because I need to appear in court for a civil case. She said the attorney is Jackie Smith at 1-877-305-6691 and my case #2891479 CR. I'm tired of these BS calls.

Got the same dang gone call and vm. I am so sick of these scammers. call comes through on an unknown number. They left a vm.

Received scam process server call from unknown caller. Voicemail stated that the address they had on file was incorrect address and to call attorney Anthony Brown related to a civil case. It’s a scam! Do not call!

the voicemail reads "this is an urgent message for an xxx xxx, this number is provided as a reference for xxx xxx. I am calling on behalf of the xxx xxx county processing server department. We were contracted to deliver legal documents for xxx xxx to appear in court. I just show that the documents were returned unsigned and undelivered. To avoid any futher legal complications, xxx xxx will need to contact into the attorneys office. The office number is 877-305-6691 (the same number everyone is saying)! When calling in xxx xxx will need to provide case number on file xxx xxxx - xx."

877-305-6691 called my wife saying they had papers to serve for a court case on file# 2890497 and that she owed several thousands of dollars. Guys name was David Harris. He told my wife that they tried to serve papers to her in July 2022 and that noone was home. LOL. My wife is Disabled and is home every day. BS Scammers Need to go away!

They should have left the papers with "Noone" then.
