This is the Business Office number for tuality hospital in hillsboro Oregon.  they call you shortly after billing you to harass you for payment.

we are getting a phone call every afternoon asking for a jeffery ? We have not had any dealing with any hospital and do not have a jeffery here.  They are calling our cell phone.

Business number for Tuality Hospital, Hillboro, Oregon.  Call for payment before bill is even due - so unprofessional and annoying to ask for payment without documentation or billing details.

Same here... we have a bill with their offices.... it isn't due yet, yet the auto-calls have started (they just say this is "Tuality Health blah blah, please call this number, blah blah").

Seriously, it sounds like their people are lacking some clues in how to program the date for the calls to begin.

they are calling me repeatedly 3 calls yesterday and 1 today

sometimes they send the bill right to a 3rd party collections service before the bill is even due.

they even call when you have already made your monthly payment....several times a day and it's annoying

16 days after my son went to urgent care for a bug bite the calls started. My insurance hadn't even posted my Explanation of Benefits which I need to get the reimbursement from my Flexible Benefits plan before the daily calls started.

I called and asked them to stop the harassment as it is only $50 as a co-payment. She said that it is an auto dialer that makes "courtesy calls" after the bill has been generated. We shall see how soon until the next call......

Had a call this morning about paying a bill I haven't even received yet.. I told the lady that I would pay it when I got the statement.. What's the matter with these people? I've never missed or been late paying for services at their location... Are they going broke or think I'm a deadbeat and want to catch me before I skip town?   ....

We have been receiving daily calls from this number asking for information. When asked why they need this information they do not give a reason. I called the business office of Tuality Healthcare at 503-681-1111 M-Th and complained that a company is misusing their identity to unlawfully gain personal information from their customers and former patients. FIGHT BACK! Call the business office!

I've been getting calls for a couple days from a fax machine. They call 4-5 times in a row. I have no association with hillsboro hospital.
