caller id says from st. Jude  877-309-9718. suspected scam. St. Jude send us regular mail for donations not phone calls.

Earlier this year my mother donated to St Jude. Unfortunately the end result has been calls on a regular basis from this number. It go to the point where she decided it was time to block the number. Since then she started getting calls from St Jude number within her area code. If this continues then yet another number will be blocked. Hopefully they will eventually catch on, but I doubt it. As I think about it I wonder if this is a third party calling on behalf of the organization. I base this on past experience with calls from another nonprofit organization.

Caller ID says ANONYMOUS CALL and the phone number. St Jude hospital states that they don't phone asking for donations, they mail it to persons that give already or a new mailing list, NEVER USE THE PHONE, besides what kind of donations you'll give to ANONYMOUS. SCAM and MF... using the pain of children's cancer to skim people.

They call daily, caller ID says anonymous! I never answer numbers I don’t know!

Repeated calls from this number, even though it is blocked ...  so my device hangs up on them after 1 ring.  I will not give them the pleasure of talking to them.
