Left a crazy message on my son's ph # with a supposed case #, all of which is bogus.  In fact I haven't even used my son's ph # for over a year.  And I have not had any bad or unpaid debts for well over 10 years.

I received a call for someone I dont know stating that it was in relation to a demand at hand. When I called the number to gain information I was greeted by two individuals who kept claiming to be legit, but wouldn't call me from their law firm number to confirm it was a legit law firm. I told them through research online the number shows nothing correlating to a law firm and was cursed out for "asking too many questions" so I assume this is a scam. Nobody in office will provide a name.

Caller says this call is recorded and will act as "proof" of attempt to contact. Yet the name they are asking for on the voice mail is not even my name. They say the call is an attempt to contact (name)(case #) and I need to contact them at the 877-310-3536 to avoid further legal action. I assume it's a scam. My brother recently had the same thing happen. they make it sound very urgent and scary. I wish people would just get real jobs rather than scamming those of us who do work for a living. So sad that this is the world we live in.

They have nonstop called me after i reached out multiple times and said im not the person they are looking for. Called today and said they would take me off the call list even though they’ve said that last time.

Legal action

Leaving scary voicemail to call them back or they will go further to get me to take action.

Has called repeatedly for my ex-step dad. Hadn’t seen this man in 20 years when i was a pre-teen. Had his name and a “case number” with urgent requests. 🙄 Number on VM was different from caller number. No info when searched

I have been receiving voicemails from a recorded message stating that the call is in reference to an urgent legal matter that requires my immediate attention. They reference a case # and a phone number. They are using my maiden name which I have not gone by in well over a decade. This is the second message I've received, the first was similar and said they were contracted from the county and had attempted to serve paperwork unsuccessfully. They reference the same case # in that message. I have lived at the same address for 9 years. They have also contacted my husband (but asked for me by my current name and left the same type of message and referenced the same case #) and they called my father, and asked if he had my current phone number (and used my current name) - he spoke with an actual person that time but he did not give them any information.
