Said I have a court case and papers were returned and I'm to call attorney at that number

called saying that my dad had court case & papers returned, wanted him to call them back. they did know quite a bit of information but still to "fish" out to relative's phone....this is a scam.

They called me by first and last name. Said it was my specific "county's process division and my papers to be delivered to me were returned. In order to avoid Failure to Appear in court, call this attorney at 877-313-0634 with your reference number"

Don't bother calling.  IF there was a summons, you would NOT be warned.  The caller has no papers - and nothing was sent.  If in doubt, give your local courthouse (civil division) a cell.

saying that my dad had a court hearing. and a court case against him. i called the courts they have nothing about this matter. this needs to stop and they need to be sued.

This is a spam call, my mother received a call saying she had a court report and that she needed to call a lawyer at a number they provided.

I continue receiving calls from this place and every time they say it’s from a different company that has a case against me.

I got a call from the same number saying they are from the Hillsborough county process servers division.  There is no record of a court case with my name on it. I have even researched every possible county link I can find. Nothing comes up at all.

Says the attorney's name is John Miners and gives a case number.

Claimed to be with my county's processing Dept claiming that I am being sued and can be arrested for failure to appear...even if they don't deliver court papers to me. Lie

I went to my county courthouse with the case #. My county did not have records of this case #.

I called the # and said "hi this call is being monitored and recorded, I received a call telling me to call this number to speak with an attorney. However, my county clerk of courts has no record of any case civil, criminal, or family court, my husband's uncle was president of the bar association, he provided a list of attorneys by the name given and I spoke to each office, none of the attorneys by this name confirmed their involvement in said case. Again this call is being monitored. Please explain to me why you have been trying to reach me". He hung up.

I call it rings 1x and goes to a busy signal.

The number still rings 1x and then busy signal.
I had a friend call and they picked up immediately.
She gave a fake name and said that she got a call, they proceeded to tell her that she (using a fake name) is being summoned for court...and gave her a case #.

Again...she was never contacted by them, and was using a fake name.  They could not possible have a lawsuit pending for a fake person.

This is a scam.

A message was left from Tanya Harris stating that a complaint had been filed against me and I had to call back with a file number she left... No company name was left and she seem to not know her return number. 877-313-0643. The caller number was blocked. I don't answer blocked or unknown callers.
