Recieved a message from Doug stating he was going to serve me with certified papers and that I need a valid form of ID to accept.  Would not say company or matter has called office and cell.  Then said he would come to work if I was not available between 10-2 tomorrow at home.

Just curious where you are located. "Doug" has called my home and cell multiple times with the same info. Supposedly he is going to be at my home today between 10-4, I told him I was sitting here waiting.

Received a call on my cell phone at 5:04 p.m. today from a blocked number stating the caller was Doug Killbrook citing he had some"legal documents" that he needed to serve me with and he represented "Crosspoint Associates" who were taking me to court. He gave a case number to identify when I called the 877 313 2793 number. He threatened me with serving me at home OR at my job. He stated I had to call by Thursday. Finalized the VM with (my name) you have been notified!

I called the number. It stated it was "Crosspoint Associates" open between 9-4 M-F. Anyone know anything else?

Got a call from a "drew morrison" that he had legal documents under my name and social security number and I was "scheduled" to be served no later than wednesday for a court appearance. The call was blocked "unknown".Gave me the 800 number to call back the agent handling this case..bunch of scammers? anyone have any new info??

i got sued by them a few weeks back... over something so freaking small...dicks

I got another call this morning from a "Joe Morrison" stating all the same info and said that he would be at my door tomorrow between the hours of 2-4pm and had to show my id..yada yada yada..I never called back the 877 number they gave..I'm ignoring it all..if this was really something important they wouldnt be calling from a blocked number if this is a legit business..and if they have my address to serve me documents then why dont they mail me info in the mail with all information..none of this makes sense and I am ignoring it..my phone is blocking all unknown calls now!! If anyone else has had the same thing happen please post.
