Alex Mason called and left a voice mail on my personal cell phone for someone else no less threatening to come to my door (?) with a subpeona before Wednesday for this other person.  How or why they would call my phone number, I do not know.  But, I do know this is illegal.  I will be reporting him to the Federal Trade Commission tomorrow.  The number that Alex Mason left was 877-313-2795, although his number was conveniently blocked from my phone. If someone is harassing me on my personal cell, I should know what number they are calling from.  This is why I will be filing a complaint.

Company name?   Do you recall when companies used to tell you who they were and what company they actually were calling from and were courteous?  What happened to these losers.  If I were to treat my customers like that, I would fire myself!

I received the exact same message as Nina received. Alex Mason stating he would be at my house on Wednesday with documents. What in hell is this?

I recieved a call from Alex Mason saying he would be at my house tuesday for me to sign legal documents for notice of intent for legal proceedings and gave me the 1-877-313-2795 number to call, Does anyone know anything about this company and do I need to be concerned about going to court or being sued?

The place for that phone number is a litigation firm, trying to collect a debt for some collection agency

I received a phone call from the same thing...saying he has authorization to be at my door to serve me with papers for court....I have no reason to be going to court. So, I dont know what this is about. Does anyone know if this is a scam?

I received basically the same message from a Robert Warren, and he left the same number - 877-313-2795 -.  He did add that if I wasn't home, he would go to my place of employment and leave documents there!  How does one report it to the Federal Trade Commission?

I've received several calls from "Robert Warren" with the exact same message that casta50 received. In fact my threatened day to be served the papers is today March 14. I won't be home and the security at work would never allow access to someone like that. We're not allowed to receive any calls from "bill collectors" at work so someone coming in person would never get past the door. Is this just a scam? Has this man ever actually shown up at anyone's home or work?

I receive  blocked call several times a day from Robert Warren. He leaves a message saying he will be serving a court date for me to appear May 7. If I am not at home we will serve me at my place of employment. I have no idea what debt collector he his calling from just leaves the above number to call. I will not call the number because I have no clue to whose behalf he is calling on. Does any one if this is a scam or if collection agency is legitimate?
