I rcvd a call from a woman named Amy and she was rude and wanted to know if I had power of attorney for 'my mother I told her I will not answer any ?'s until I talk to my mother, she asked when my mother would be up and I told her I didn't know she said the call was being recorded and I said that's fine I have no idea what this is regards to. Does any one out there know the name of this company???? I would really be grateful for any information.

I have been receiving many calls from a woman named Amy, so many it is harrassment.

I just went to another message board and they say that these calls are from advertisers who work for charter communications=telemarketers.  I called back and could only leave a message.  I left my phone number and told them we were on the do not call list and said that they were harassing us by calling, to stop and that we would be logging calls from now on and taking legal action.

amy called me at work today about student loans. she said this call is being monitored and recorded. after speaking for a few minutes, i said i would try to call her tomorrow if i have a chance, she said ok so i will put in a promise to pay for tomorrow. i said, no, i know this call is recorded, do not put that in your system. i will call if i can. it was left at that.
