currently this is the Charter communications.  They are a cable company in the Tahoe/Nevada area.  May be in other areas as well.

This was a telemarketer for Charter Communications (cable/internet/phone services).

If you're a Charter customer, they have a right to call you even if you're on the Do Not Call list.  If you're on the Do Not Call list and not a Charter customer, they should not be calling you.

I get repeated calls from this number.  I marked it on caller id as wrong number so that I am aware it is the same number. I don't answer & they don't leave a message.

I would appreciate it if whoever calls from this number would stop; they hang up after a few rings, and leave no message. If it IS Charter Communications, I am a customer of theirs, but why do they just ring and then hang up?
