Called as a 'courtesy call' not a Sales Call supposedly.  That a Weather Damage Service Specialist would be in my neighborhood for a 'free courtesy inspection' for roof damage.  Yeah, and lipstick on a pig is still a pig.  I kept them on the line long enough to get their phone number, almost got their physical location.  Reported to Federal and my local Do Not Call List as a Sales call.

We got a call from this number today. Ask for my husband by his first name. Said they would be in our neighborhood inspecting houses. I said NOT INTERESTED. Apparently they do not know what the Do Not Call List means.

got a call from this number, when I tried to call it back no matter what number you enter it hangs up. When they originally called, I like an idiot agreed to this cause I was half asleep. I tried many times to cancel but it always hangs up on you. I guess I will close my blinds and not answer when they come by.I usually catch this stuff but being half asleep it got by me. If they persist, I will just call the police.

We haven't had any serious weather since late last spring.  If these people had any IDEA how many Irish travelers and roofers and roofer's wives have knocked on my door since then, they would just stop with my area code.  I asked her to take my number out of her system and if she's smart [telemarketer] she will.

I got a call from this number and my curiosity got the best of me so i agreed to an appointment. I have read all these negative reports and not one of u actually allowed them to prove themselves and after much research i found that (WDS) Which is weather damage services and they are an advocate service for homeowners, so that your ins. is held accountable to repair or replace your roof. sure they work with roofers so thats how they get paid but they sell and offer no sale for the service. You morons should let them come out before u prejudge this corporation. what a joke u keep paying,paying,and paying your ins. and never want to assist or pay out when there suppose too so yeah i personally agree with this service since they were honest with me and said my roof was fine. P.S. they dont inspect your roof either, they make it clear that they will assess the roof and if they see damage then they will meet your adjuster when he comes if u file a claim. all there efforts on my hm were done from ladders and stands so that they didnt get on the roof. personally i thought they were very professional about the whole ordeal! All u miserable old farts need to get over yourselves and realize there are still legit companies out there.

No "legitimate" company conducts this kind of cold calling, and no "legit" company pays screwballs luike you to shill for them.

U wanna know the true scam? it's your ins. and as an ex adjuster that use to find every excuse to not pay out on claims, u should wake up and educate yourself on who is truly the scam. if u dont want a service its your right to say no thank you right? well why does insurance companies not give u that option at all? u cant buy or drive a car,house,boat, or anything else of value without paying multi thousands of dollars your entire life to have these assets insured, but if u never have a claim do they give u your money back? no! however if u have a claim god forbid they look for every reason to deny that claim. hmmmmmmmmmmmm! a company finds a loop whole to create business for themselves and u call it a scam. I myself am retired [***] and i made a living telling uneducated individuals such as yourself that your claim was denied because of any reason my boss told me to put on your claim report. keep staying blind to the fact that u have been scammed your whole life. i can google search every company in existence and see scam and ripoff reports but does that mean a thing when a company deals with billions of clients? Tommy you are the typical dumb ass that we look for to scam. Please post your number and address, so all of the fly-by-night hit and run scammers can give you a call. Being registered with Do-Not-Call means "DO NOT CALL". If an intelligent home owner wants to have something repaired they locate a legit business, they don't wait for an out of state calling agency to get in contact with them. Wake up dummy! If you want to paint a target on your head be my guest, but don't fault people for having the good sense to exercise caution.

I also got a call from this number and the name of the company is  and they are an advocate service for homeowners so they say, address was 136 Pirner Haysville Kansas. Told them I was on the DO NOT CALL list but didn't seem to bother her, so I told her I would report her to the DO NOT CALL list and I did. Also searched for them online and could not find any information on the company which makes me think SCAM, just my opinion...

They have called THREE times - told them each time to remove us from their list and do not call again.  Tired of dealing with telemarketers of all ilks.

I don't answer my home phone unless someone leaves a message, mainly because my parents and other family are the only ones who have it, and if it is a legitimate call they will leave a message.  So, I thought it was odd when someone from this number called and proceeded to sigh and say "Mr._____, hello? hello?" and stayed on the line flipping through papers until the machine cut off.  I researched the number to find out who they are and tell them their callers are, at best, unprofessional, and to stop calling me, which brought me here.  Looks like my suspicions that this is not a legitimate operations have been confirmed.  We had horrible storms about a year ago, and its not surprising these sorts of calls are still going on.

This is cold-calling and nothing more. Some profit motive is driving this outfit -- even if they asked for no payment from you, so it is naive to think otherwise. Unless you have had a storm recently that had a high likelihood of causing damage on your roof, there would be no reason to allow these people access to your property. In any case, IF I thought I might need a roof inspection, I would still want to be the one to instigate such action instead of your more passive approach. Please spare me your rude remarks about being a suspicious old fart. In case you are unaware, many scams are aimed toward old people and it is wise to be on guard so as not to be a victim of scammers.

i rec'd the phone call today...i am on the do not call list. they said they were from the storm emergency crews and would be in my area tomorrow. i am in the storm area from tennessee tornado storms from april 27, 2011. at first even i thought it was for real...until they asked for the previous owner by name....who hasn't lived here for 8 years. please catch these people...soon...

These people have called several times, told them we are not interested and are on the no call list. We dont want any of these calls and they just keep it.

Sounds to me more like you work for this company and you are trying to redirect the negative comments back on to the consumers. This is just a bunch of crap. If I wanted someone to come and inspect my roof, I'll call them myself. Of course since we are morons maybe we need help dialing the phone. What's your number again?

I received a call from this number. No message left on working answering machine.  I attempted to call the number and received this message:  This feature has not yet been configured by the customer you are calling.  Where are the Navy Seals when you need them?

Received another call from this number tonight. I let it ring 4 times then answered the phone and they hung up. These are the same folks that called here in February. Not picking up the phone and have instructed my husband to if he answers to say hello then lay the phone down and walk away for awhile.
