Doesn't wait for answering machine  message to finish:  Female voice starts in:  "I have been assigned to deliver legal papers to your home or place of business within the next 24 hours.  Please be available with picture I.D. to accept these papers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please contact the filing party at 877-318-2091." (repeats number then hangs up on answering machine)

Have gotten this before, but this was first time I heard the whole message.  No identification as to who it is that is calling.
Never had anyone come by home or place of business, either.

I've been getting calls from this number for months (877-318-2091),  I don't have a debt.  They promised to remove me from their calling database - but haven't.  They have yelled and screamed obscenities in the phone when I've called back telling them to stop calling.  They insist on calling me "Robert's wife" and "Robert's gfriend". I have no idea who Robert is or where he lives (what state, city, etc).  They simply have the wrong number.  It's become very abusive.
