Aetna services calling to confirm that a procedure requested by the doctor was approved.  The automated system left a voicemail with a case number.  I called back and again was an automated system, but gave me the information.

Caller ID read EVICORE.  Aetna called to let us know a procedure requested by the doctor was approved.  Called back the number, confirmed my identity, then gave the info.  Easy peasy

Robocall looking for my husband (apparently).  But of course it just left voicemail, so I couldn't press 1 to say they had reached my husband.  If it's actually Aetna, they can damn well use a real person to make phone calls.  And they can call my husband at his JOB (where our Aetna health care coverage is through...).  AND not make robocalls

Received call, they left message with case #. Called back it was to advise service was approved and doctors office was sent the authorization. All voice prompts, which was no big deal.  Was happy to receive the call. Evicore is 3rd party vendor for Aetna.

Robo call, same as others, asking if I was Kathleen, then wanted my DOB. I hung up, In this age of scammers I'm not personal info out to a Robo Call that doesn't even identify what doctor office they are calling for.

I received a voicemail from CIGNA regarding provider services. It included a code number to use when I called back. I don’t like responding to robocalls or anyone whose identity I can’t confirm.

Received a call and voicemail from CIGNA asking me to call them back at 877-318-2374. When I called, it's an auto voice asking to confirm my name and to enter my birthday. I hung up. Weird that a robotic voice would ask for my personal info. It's a scam.
