877-318-3418

One of our members received a scam check and a letter indicating they had won a big Reader's Digest / Pepsi drawing. They were to call this number (877-318-3418) BEFORE depositing their scam check. Normally they would then receive instructions on where to send a large part of the money from the check to cover some type of costs. The check is of course fraudulent, and if they were able to get it deposited and send off any money from it, they would be out that money when the check was returned and charged back against their account. The check is on a "Moto Photo" account at Firstar Bank Milwaukee. (And just what would Moto Photo have to do with a Reader's D./Pepsi drawing, anyway???) Scam -- Scam -- Scam
