This is NOT Ford Credit.  It is Alliance Inspection trying to schedule a lease end inspection. I don't know their affiliation with Ford Credit but I usually work through the dealership to get a phone number to schedule the inspection. I called back and told them to stop calling me.  Plus there's no need to be calling me 2 MONTHS prior to my lease end date.

I don’t drive and don’t own a car. A lady named Sarah left a voicemail regarding eligibility for a 2020 dept hardships program. I don’t know who they are or why they would call me I don’t have any loans or cc payments.

I get calls on both Land and Cell phones from this #, but never answer them. I turned-in my Lease months ago. The insane prices of Used vehicles these days, my 3-year old Lease was worth $8,500 more than the known "buy-out."  That, used as a trade, coupled with $1000 Ford Rebate and $1500 in other Rebates, I'm now Leasing a 2021 similar vehicle for $100 Less that I'd been paying for 36 months.. But the (877) 320-1543 $ continues to call on a daily basis.

Well I get calls from these people every week. I do not own a Ford or owe any money on my Lexus.  So I would say they got a list that may include legit lessees and then calling every body else.

Called about a inspection for lease termination. Called my dealership and they said SCAM.
Ford will send you a letter at the end of your lease for termination.
