- tired| 1 replythey call my cell phone at 8am and as late as 10pm leaving urgent messages. Sorry don't return calls of those who don't identify themselves saying they HAVE to talk to me today.
- Call type: Debt collector
- ChadCalled and asked for Kristen. I told them that I didn't know who that was. They told me that they would not stop calling until Kristen called and told them she did not live here. (This makes no sense). I was getting harassed and finally hung up on the person. They proceded to call back again and this time used my name. Asking all kinds of questions and harassing.
- david l. macklin replies to Fredon my credit report 7/8/2005 $1,292.00, I never olded anyone that money.
- DPThis place is calling me and my mother asking for my daughter. They say she is in a bunch of trouble and won't give any details.
- JazReceived call requesting info on someone who has never lived here. The person was rude and hung up on me. I called back and requested to speak with a manager and that individual was rude as well.

- NDWhoever it was (name given was Aaron Ballinger) called my parents' house, who I no longer live with mind you, asking to speak about my former roommate. Definitely not something I trust.
- struggling like the rest| 1 replyThis number called my in-laws and gave them the details of my personal credit card, how much was owed. They then told her I could pay it all off today for only $XXX. My mother-in-law called me and let me know the details.
I can't pay it right now but told them I could pay next month and gave them the date. They said they needed it all today. I told them that wasn't possible. Now they call my in-laws every day asking for money. My mother-in-law asked them to please quit calling her. They have ignored her request and still are calling her she has simply stopped answering the unavailable number. This is my personal card, my husbands not on it. I'm not sure how they linked me to my in-laws. I have never listed them and it's certainly not OK to tell them my account details. Its frustrating that I got behind, but even more frustruating that they wouldn't accept payment arrangements set up in advance.- Caller: NFO

- NCO Rep replies to struggling like the restwhat's your name? I will call you to assist with your account
- ?? replies to LINDSEY| 2 repliesI'm sure they didn't know your husband had just passed. Even if they did, it's not an excuse not to pay your bill or deal with your responsibilities. I'm sure your utilities and other necessary bills are getting paid even after his passing. You probably used some of his credit too. Even if you didn't, you are still partly responsible and can be affected
- ?? replies to tiredWhy are you scared to return the call to people who don't "identify themselves"? Sounds like an excuse to not pay your bill! You know who it is now so return the call and take care of your responsibilities! You wouldn't have to worry about calls if you paid your bills
- RJPWhy is there a need to call and scare relatives of people who can't pay their bills. All you got to say is I am a bill collector and I am trying to get my clients money. They don't have to sound like the person just committed murder and you NEED to talk to them today. How did they even get a number who is not even on my name to contact my brother? They can call all they want but I am sure as hell not helping them get their money, it's not my responsibility. Sucks to work for a collectors agency.
- NCO Hater| 2 repliesAaron Ballinger is a Dill Hole! Somebody needs to press charges on this guy!

- RockThis is a collection agency. We currently have an account there with CHASE. We have an arrangment set up to pay it. Posted dated payments and all and yet they STILL call me at work at least once a week and at home at least twice a night trying to offer me "settlements."
"Ma'am if you could just pay this much right now you'll be done with it."
Ok I don't have the money to pay it all RIGHT NOW which is why I set up a PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT. I keep telling them to just leave the payments as is and to quit calling me at work but they don't listen. They keep calling trying to offer me a better deal.
Not only that, they call my boyfriend at HIS job (how they got his # I don't know) telling him that I need to pay this right now. When I have the damn arrangement set up.- Caller: Jo @ NCO Financial
