Really?!? I just spoke with that exact same person at NCO. He was the best bill collector I have ever dealt with. He was nice and professional the entire time I dealt with him. No complaints :)

this is a number for NCO-Chase RECOVERY..... by the time your account reaches them your at least NINE MONTHS past due and your account is CHARGED OFF..... your BALANCE is DUE IN FULL (per your contract with Chase) ANY PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT at this time is a COURTESY..... so IF a settlement becomes available it would also be considered a COURTESY to inform you and give you the option to SAVE some money..... FYI..... they didn't HAVE to take your PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT in the first place..... it sounds like the person your dealing with wants to HELP you.....

I set up arrangements with these blood suckers to settle my account and they are still calling.  What's up with that?

The more they call my relatives, the less likely I will be to pay this.  Times are tough and I was willing to work with them even though I'm out of work atm, but the moment they called my family was the moment I stopped caring about this particular bill.  My credit is in the toilet and I have no money (or I would have paid the bill to begin with).  

Not to mention the shady business practive of coming to this site pretending to be somebody who was just thrilled with NCO.  What do I care about this debt now?  Just one more step to bankruptcy.
