I also have a charge on my credit card from them; it's FastSpring Software, which is a conglomerate of MANY different software providers. You can find more info here:

Well folks, I recieved a $20 dollar charge on my credit card. Made the call to my credit card company and found out it's an IRC chat service. They removed the charge and marked it as fraud. I got a new credit card and number sent out. They said the name of the company has been disputed many times and that htey were very familuar with it. Change your credit card and move on.

Saw this charge for $19.95 on my debit card and didn't recognize it. Went through my receipts and it turns out it's Atebits software's Twitter client Tweetie for the Mac.

this is a huge scam...... they are involved with onestopcashkit.com 877 330 0627.  You first get charged $1.97 for some information about posting links on google.. then they charge you 47.50 for a monthly subscription, 39.95 for what i don't know and a followup charge for $98.00 .  I had to cancel my credit card.

I have also had a charge 0f $28.00 twice on my card in the same day. I havent used my card in a week and then all of a sudden it was charged. It seems fishey, I called my bank they said give it a few days and if the charge actually goes through then I need to dispute it, but until then just wait. The charge came up as FSPRG.COM877-327-8914 02/22 SANTA BARBRA, and FSPRG COM 1877 327 891 02/22 COVENTRY. I have called the number provided and now am waiting on their response.

I didn't receive a call, this is more informative than anything else. Have any of you ordered software from MacPaw, such as CleanMyMac or similar applications? It was a little confusing at first but my purchase for CleanMyMac appeared with this phone number on the bill. If any of you have ordered software from their site, this is likely what it is.

Thanks for reporting information on here! I wasn't sure what this cost was but it is in relation to a free system app for the Mac that now charges and I bought it for a low price.

I had a $19 charge on my credit card from FSPRG as well and didn't recognize the company so I did some research. The charge was for a program I ordered called main menu for cleaning MAC files. It used to be free but the new version cost 19 dollars. The charge was legit.

I figured it out - I bought a software program called Trojan Hunter from their website - the software is good and they billed me as agreed.

This company is just a middleman service for other software vendors who are too small or don't want to set up an elaborate online store with credit card processing. The charge could be any legitimate software you bought online or it could be a scam and they're an unwitting middleman. They have a form to help you remember what the charge was for, or to report fraud.

Ah forgot I bought the same game as an earlier poster: machinarium.

For 5 bucks it's frustratingly fun to play.

Same here.  I bought eMailchemy, but forgot I had.  Then I saw this charge and was like WTF is this?  Which led me to Google FSPRG.COM and end up here.
