Yes, I had to cancel my Amex credit card also.  Rang the bank yesterday (BNZ - New Zealand) and they were totally unable to shed any light on what the charge was.  I cancelled the card and have a new one coming.  Funny though, the charge has miraculously disappeared today.  Spend half a day trying to get to the bottom of the charge and still none the wiser.

I also realized I had a scheduled pre-approved payment of $99 for a service I don't know. since it is PayPal payments, I made it inactive and cancelled the payment. I think despite them being legitimate resellers, they hack and con people.

I have two charges on my statement I know nothing about.  They both are supposedly from:
FS "PC Mac-Cleaner"  Phone #877-3278914 CA.  One amount was charged on 12/21 for $39.95 and the other on 12/24 for 59.94.  Have no idea how these charges appeared on my Charge Statement.  Did not receive or requested for these supposedly  services.  Please credit my account.

No one at 800notes has anything to do with those charges.  Call the bank/credit card company & file a fraudulent use claim.

I have been getting charged $25/mo. for 6 months; and now $49/mo. for 7mos. and I have called 877-327-8914 the support number on my CC statement, emailed Fast Spring support to cancel, and still no answer. I cancelled my credit card just before the New Year and I just saw that I received yet another $49/mo. charge on 1-9-17. I don't even know what this charge is for; and I have already disputed the charges on my CC statement. Can you help me out, or at least tell me what these charges are for? I thought that these charges were for my GoToMeeting subscription because they charge me $49/mo. as well, but this appears to be unwarranted as this company won't pickup their phone, won't email me back, and they won't even tell me what this is for. This is a scam at this point if I can't reach anyone at this company for help. What legit company operates this way.

This site is not affiliated with your credit cards, your banks or the people who tricked you.  You need to contact your credit card company to protest the charge.

Seriously?  I am very sure 911 will be thrilled to hear about your credit card emergency.  Every credit card comes with an agreement.  In that agreement is a way to dispute charges.  Maybe it is time you read that part?

That could be considered MISUSE of the 911 system - a crime.  Law enforcement has enough to do without calls like yours.
