Received a call from an unlisted number asking me to call back this listed number re: submitting an address for a "Todd Belcher" about some sort of "claim and criminal charges" to be filed against him. No agency name was listed. Nothing indicated in the voicemail that this was a reputable call. Definitely some kind of scam.

Judge Dredd sez- A threatening email or phone call is not legally binding because the caller cannot verify who they are talking to. Registered mail or a hand delivered summons are real. Your rights were hard fought for, know them!

called and wants me to verify information but wont tell me where they are calling from. was very nasty and disrepectful. they stated i will be served papers and brought up on criminal charges.

I got this weird call from some guy saying where he wanted to meet me, left this number and i called they had all my info for some loan i took out. i thought it was a scam so i hung up on them, 2 hours later i was served. This freakin sucks.

When I called they said company was called LCA
