Got a phone call from them- TWICE and no messages left

got calls 2 days no messages

Same as the others. Got a call today at 2:24pm but only silence on my voicemail.

Got a call this morning. It's Bob Tyler Toyota

Often collectors use hundreds of numbers, and are always replacing them with new ones, as has likely happened here since all of the reports for this number so far have been in the last couple of weeks.

I don't know why anyone would ever answer any call from an unknown person or number anyway.  So, just ignore it.  

Probably just from the usual bottom-feeding losers who cannot find any other kind of employment.

Good grief! That would make sense. I just got my Toyota serviced. They have called at least 10 times.

Received 4 missed calls from this number and finally decided to call back.  It's a company hired to do telephone surveys of car dealerships. (This call was regarding a Toyota dealership in Naples, FL.)

Yep, ended up being Arlington Toyota (Jax FL) calling for feedback on my oil change. You think that they would have left a message!

No message. No caller identification.

They called six times within a week - I did get my car serviced at Toyota about a week ago.

Yep, makes sense. Got a call and ignored it, but it checks out since I got my oil changed at the Toyota dealership last week.

Lol, there SHOULD be a law.. You would figure a simple oil change went well if I keep coming back for more of them. Right? Toyota just needs to chill the eff out..

I had my oil changed at Toyota last week.  Love the car, but not the annoying follow-up after every oil change!

So, this number is "Customer Service."  When I called the girl answered the phone and said, "Customer Service this is whatever...." I said, "What company are you?" She replied in an irritated tone, "We are customer service."  Long story short they are a company that conducts customer satisfaction surveys for various companies....seems to mostly be Toyota dealerships.  (Toyota of South Florida--Doral is where I went).  I called and told her to remove my number from her list.

Yes.  I had both Toyotas serviced last week.  Why don't they leave messages?  They already paid for the call.  Sheesh!!

It's Bob Tyler Toyota. I don't know about you guys but everytime I go, their prices have gone up and the service gets worse. We went to have a routine oil change and tire rotation and got our transmission flushed while there. It took them 3.5 hours and cost us $200. While in line waiting to check out two managers had to be called because of unsatisfied customes. We did not have a problem expressing our feelings after hearing their issues as well. Do not go to Bob Tyler Toyota in Pensacola, FL to have your vehicle serviced!
