for two months now never leaves a message or if I answer it hangs up.

It was a customer service survey for Toyota. I went to the Quality Imports Toyota Dealership in Fort Walton Beach, FL for new drive belts, and just wanted to note that the customer service and time for repair both exceeded my expectations. I recently purchased a Scion xD, so the call being Toyota-related makes sense.  It's a shame they're involved in this nonsense.

This fits --  called, left no msg, I took my Toyota in for a service visit a few days prior.  Okaaaaaay!

They keep calling me too. I've had this number call me four times now. I had my Toyota serviced last week. The thing is, I have answered twice now (I picked up when I realized this number was relentless) and there is still no one there when I pick up. I was even at Toyota when I answered the first time picking up my car again!

These pricks have called me about a dozen times a day for the past week.  I had my oil changed and tires rotated last week at Scott Clarks Toyota in Charlotte, NC.  We've been getting a higher number of calls similar to this and we found a solution to put a stop to this nonsense.  Back in June I ordered Digitone Call Blocker 10.  I originally started blocking all of the numbers that I have on caller ID but now I'm blacklisting all 800, 866, & 877 numbers.  If you are interested in one you can find it here: http://www.digitone.com/
It has been well worth the money and it's a shame that phone companies provide this kind of service.  Just my two cents.

Thank goodness for this website.  I've received 3 or 4 calls from this number in the last 2 days - no one on line, no message, nothing, but I had my Toyota serviced last week.  This is totally absurd.

Update - I decided to call the number after reading some of the other messages here.  I told them to put my number on the Do Not Call list, which 'Gail' pleasantly accepted and told me it would take 24-48 hours or up to 30 days.  Maybe all of us should start calling them and as soon as someone answers hang up - give them a taste of how annoying it is.

I received a call from this number today on my cell phone.  They didn't leave a message.  I had my oil changed at Scott Clark's Toyota in Charlotte last week.  Seems that we all need to complain to Toyota!

Called my place of employment twice in as many days. No one on the line. I don't own a Toyota, but know a couple of folks here who do...
My question is, what exactly are they trying to accomplish by NOT communicating when the phone is answered?? Seems counter productive to me, and Toyota ought to be getting their money back!

Got 2 consecutive calls with no response when i answer. I did not buy a toyota nor did I ever get a vehicle serviced at a toyota dealership.

Yes, had my Toyota serviced and have gotten several calls with no message.

Yep!  Had my Toyota serviced last week as well.  Googled the # and it brought me here.  Mystery solved.

these people are scam artists they are out to steal your I.D.

Got the call because I had Toyota service last week - added number to my contacts as:
first name:  Toyota Survey
last name:  Ignore

Some robo call saying they had an important message regarding my pre-paid debit card.  I don't have one.
