stated xbox service was being terminated, needed credit card info, total scam, called back told them i was district attroney and call was being recored, they would not talk to me.

This is not a scam, and its a recording.. so you enjoy lying to recordings--and people looking for information on the internet about a call they missed?

The recording directs you to login to your Xbox account and update your credit card information.  Mine had expired, and I needed to change the expiration date.

I received a call from this phone number, I didnt pick up but they left a message about my xbox account is going to be terminated... I dont even have an xbox account. I dont even own an xbox! They stated to go to www.xboxlive.com. Went to the website to find a way to contact the company, but there was not "contact" info available. What is more disturbing is how they got my cell phone number.
