Has anyone answered a phone call from 1-877-333-9970? The little bit I know of this company is what their rep said on 2 voicemails. In my case, they seem to call and leave a message on Friday. The representative's name is Monica. She is calling on behalf of the Student Loan Advisory Board. If I act fast, then I will be forgiven of my student loans.

I would love to know if they are a legitimate company that is willing and able to help me pay off my student loans. Are they trustworthy?

Lastly, I tried searching for this phone number on bbb.org, and that website claims there is no company listed under that phone number. The steps I took on BBB.org:
1. typed bbb.org into web address.
2. Pressed x button in the "near" text box.
3. Typed 1-877-333-9970 into "find" text box.
4. Saw "no matches found" appear.

Thank you for looking at my experience. Hopefully, one of you can let us know if this is a scam or a legitimate opportunity.

As "trustworthy" as John Gotti, Al Capone, John Dillinger.  But go right ahead and pay them the money you should be paying on your loans.  By the time it is all over you will be behind on your loans, they will be garnishing your paycheck and taking your tax refunds.

Are they going to help you pay off the loans or forgive them? Those are 2 different things.

I received 3 identical calls this week from Monica, Emily, & Lisa. They are obviously reading from a script. The call back #’s are 3 different #’s. By the way I’m over 50 & NEVER had a student loan.
