Yeah -- it comes through as Toll-Free on the ID. I just let it ring a few times and it stops. Looks like a multi-dialer call and you just have to let some other poor soul beat you to picking up the call so it stops ringing. No idea who it is and don't want to know...

They claim to be our Comcast Business provider and asked to speak to the person in charge of the account (not available). She then asked when a better time to call would be.

Very rude. Asking to speak to our IT department. Would not give what company she is with and was rude when I asked her about it. Asked for someone who wasn't ever an employee here. She wasted like 5 minutes of my time demanding I get her to the IT department and would not take no for an answer. I hung up on her finally and she hasn't called back.

Claimed to be from Comcast Business trying to sell me fiber.  We already have fiber.  I suspect it was a third party trying to sell some service.

The Company is called: "The Results Company". Seems to be a marketing (bottom feeder) for Comcast. One of their reps called me and hung up. I called back and they hung up. I tried calling the different extensions, no one answers. How does a business with a phone directory conveniently not have any staff answering the phones? Seems shady.
