'Nuff said about NCO Financial 877-338-7013!  Royal pain even after I gave them my oral and written directive for no further contact with me and ditto by my attorney.  So reported them to any and all federal, state and local agencies that enforce Fair Debt Collection Practices Act among other consumer and private citizen protection laws and regulations.    

First step is to call 1-877-FTC-HELP at the federal Fair Trade Commission; file an online complaint and follow-up with a written letter if you notified them not to have any further contact with you.  Be sure to keep notes or copies of your oral and or written notifications to have no further contact with you.
