Another bunch of scammers.  Never heard of this company. They took $19.95 out of my checking account.

yea I see that on my account too. Im about to contact them and see if I can clear this up.

well I just went to mhubhelp.com and chatted with a live agent. The phone call makes you wait forever. So I will be receiving a refund in the mail I will update and see if it is true in next few days.

Please do post  if u get a refund back... somehow they got my info and took out 19.95 from chking also.
My stupid back refuses to do anything til i contact the company, but i have and cannot get a hold of anyone..told this to my bank and they said try again tomorrow and then call the bank back.
Thanks for the great help in protecting me from fraud - dont ever use ING DIRECT, they have horrible customer service.

Scammers have been known to return the money but then the transaction bounces, so you lose it anyway.  Get a new account and be more careful about where you put the numbers.

I got the same damn charge today 10/5/12. I just chated with a representative name Marsha. I asked for a refund and she processed the refund. She said it will be mailed to me (1-2 days for processing and 3-5 for delivery). I'll update this post next Sunday10/14/2012.

Today, 19.95-  no idea who this is.  I will be on the phone with my bank on Monday.  I attempted to call the number and it hangs up on me.  No message, no person.

Just spoke with a representative, because $19.95 was also taken from my acct 10/5/12, and he told me that it was from applying for a payday loan.  He said that when you apply on whatever website this is, one of the terms is paying a $19.95 fee.  The fee is supposed to guarantee you getting a loan, but he said he can cancel it out and refund me my money.  He told me that it will be within 10 business days for me to receive my refund.  I also asked him about the refund checks bouncing, and he said that it's a prepaid check.  He said it's like a cashiers check so it won't bounce.  I will see what happens when I get my refund.

Also, I kept calling and kept getting a busy signal.  If that happens just keep calling because I think they are so busy with calls (probably asking for refunds) that the number stays busy.

Yes they took money out of my account and the bank will not do anything about it. I tried calling them and the number just hangs up 866-244-5219..this is crazy
