Has called three times in last week. Claims to be Bell Internet wants to ask a few questions. Caller ID comes up as Tom Latzke !  Why not Bell ?  Blocked them.

You cannot be charged for calling a toll free number.  I also have doubts about your claim that you were charged for incoming calls.

1st time this number has called, nobody on the other end, so I hung up and blocked. If it is Bell, definitely not interested in them. They charge enough already, and they're stupid

Received calls from this number on May 15th and 16th, 2022. No id display. I didn't answer them. No message left.

I don't think this is a call from Bell.  I can't find any phone number for Bell starting with 877, so I'm pretty sure it's a scammer.  Does anyone think they would actually refuse to remove you from their calling list?  Just block them.

Just got a call from this Unknown Caller they rang three times and hung up leaving no voice message.

The calls started after the Rogers shoot down of there network. July 10th-11th & today 12th, they call early morning and don't leave message... Is a while but I roll my phones to the CRTC No Call List supposedly for Telemarketers stop calling... So how they can bypass that? My phone is landline can't block.

You can get a call blocker for a landline phone.

You should call Bell! Say you don't want telemarketing calls. Also ask them about & tell them you don't want your information to be shared with 3rd parties - or even other Bell Companies, if you want. Here's a link to Bell's website for more info, and HOW to do this :

I can confirm the company is SMB Data, calling on behalf of Bell with an offer. Sales/telemarketing call.
They called every day for a week, never left a message, and if I answered there wouldn't be anybody on the other end, 'til today.

Always calls during the lunch hour for the past week. Activates answering machine, but never leaves a message. Scammers/Harassment callers.

They call repeatedly for days never leaving a voicemail until one day they didnt mute the mic or hang up for over 2 mins. It's an indian call center 100%
