Called and left a message on my voicemail. He said, "Hello, I'm looking for (someone else's first and last name).

Yeh they called me and they helped me. I had 800 calls but said what they were going to do. Though it sucks being in collections, that rep Tim I think it was not that bad.

They called my mother's house and asked for me, said they were from Verizon. She wouldn't give them my cell number and said she would just pass on the message. I didn't call back as I was suspicious.  (I don't live with my mothe and haven't for decades)
