keeps calling a business line and when tried to call them back to report the error; the call kept mysteriously being disconnected

Called my cell phone.

Did not leave a message.

Only the phone number shows on caller ID.

I do not have anything with Vision Financial, nor have I received any letters, notifications, etc... from anyone, and certainly - NOT from Vision Financial.  

Sounds like I'll be making another easy $1000 for FDCPA violations.

I too have received this number at my work several times.  I had spoken to the individual at Vision concerning an debt that has since past statute of limitations both with the credit bureaus as well as the state I am from.  What are my options on getting Vision for FDCPA violations?

I just found this posting online while googling "vision financial fdcpa violations." I'm a former paralegal now on permanent SSDI (disability) and this company, in just two phone calls, has already violated the fdcpa with me in telling me they can collect my disability money. FDCPA Section 807(4), 807(5) and 813(a)(2);  and SSA Section 207 [42 U.S.C. 407].I spoke to a manager today and advised her of the violation, she's acting like I'm the typical idiot who doesn't know my rights. She started to get nervous when I asked for the legal department, etc. Watch for calls from 866.692.6802 and  866.671.4607. Those numbers are the same co.

definitely Vision... Caller ID display was 877-342-1162 but the message said to call 877-342-0442.  When I called the number (0442), a man answered like it was his personal line, without identifying the name of the organization, but I could here call center activity in the background...

They call multiple times each day on my cell, never leave an answer.  Buggers!

Called wanting my primary doctor’s name and number. Said they were handling my wound supplies which I have a wound nurse come every week to measure and take pic of... They are not out of the company that oversees my health. I have a nurse practitioner that comes once a month to my home to check on me, write my prescription refills and if I have a problem or need controlled meds, she calls her dr overseer for that. This woman that called was really after who the doctor was and I don’t know. My Medicare advantage plan sets me up with specialists when test are needed...
