Got a call Friday from "All In One Services.  They said they could lower my credit card interest rate for $1,295.  At first I thought they were legit, then after talking to them (they got my personal information), I checked on them and found they are a scam.

12/27/10  I got a call today from this All In One Services. They say they can negotiate lower interest rates for a fee of $995 - he came down to $795. I asked lots of questions, told him I would investigate it more, and call him back. The last guy I talked to was MIchael Reed.

I only talked to them about one card, so as to not jeopordize too much info at once. I will call the credit card bank and try to find out more.

I recieved a call from them last month! I have had a wonderful experience with them! I ended up saving $10,149.29 and it's only going to take me 4years to pay off my debt! I would have taken 21year and 4 months... My intrest rate is 4.9% and I also got a 0% on my other account.. I'm very excited.. I'm sorry if some of you have had a bad experience but I had a wonderful one! I'd do it again in a Heart beat

Received call. A woman named Stacey said they would negotiate my credit card rate down. Said they received an alert from Experian that I am paying too much interest on my credit card debt. She then asked which card had the highest debt and that I needed to have at least a combined 5,000 total card debt.
I asked what their fee was and she said a financial counselor would be with me once she was through.
Once she started asking more questions and put me on hold, I got concerned and hung up.
I then called and canceled the credit card. When you call their number it answers client services.

In Texas. Mother was called and advised that All In One could lower her current interest rate. Was advised by persons named Lyann Hover (8773424260 [now disconnected]) and Austin Anderson (8773424528 [is now a number with a recorded message that states 'please enter your fax number to cancel the service]) that they were not affiliated with any credit card companies. Adivsed my mother that they would work with her current interest rate. Then my mother recieves a new credit card in the mail from Citibank. She wanted to keep her Bank of America. Citibank paid her current balance without my mother knowing they were going to and charged her $133 fee for signing up and transferring balances. So All In One didn't lower her current interest rate. Instead, they signed her up for a new credit card and transferred the balance from her current credit credit card to keep her from aquireing additional interest. All In One charged her $695 to her Bank of America card. My mother canceled Citibank and advised they would refund the $133 charge but that we would need to contact All In One to get a refund of the $695 charge to B of A. All In One had us on hold for 3 hours and no one answered. This could have been avoided if my mother had called B of A to speak to them about her current interest rate, but now we must go through the process of sending letters to different departments and waiting for them to get back to her.

All In One Services Scammed Me!
My mother talked to MIchael Reed from All In One Services. Capital one said that the merchant description said the location was in Orlando, Fl
    1-877-342-4260
    10am-6pm

They offered to lower her credit card interest rates & he said that she would not be charged the normal fee of $895 b/c from looking at her information, he thought that she would qualify for the lowered interest rate services they offered for free and since her credit rating was so good.
He asked her for her credit card info and said he needed it to in order for them to "make sure" that she qualified for their services.

She gave him her dredit card info.
March 2, 2011 they charged $895 on her capitalone card
March 2, 2011 they credited her back the $895 charge on her capitalone card
March 23, 2011 they charged $895 again to her capitalone card

On April 8, 2011 she realized the fraudulent charges and I called capitalone to report & close account. Luckily they credited her back the charge, closed her credit card # and will be issuing her another one. The fraud investigation will take (2-3 months).

CapitalOne said that the merchant description was this:
All In One Services Orlando, Fl

CapitalOne said that the merchant provided these descriptions about themselves:
Computer programming, data & design services on a contract or fee basis & they also provide services in traing custom services.

    SCAM! Watch Out!

This organization called my home twice today.  We are on the "No Call" list, and when I mentioned this they hung up.  The second time they called today, I got some information on them.  I would love to turn them in to someone -- who do I turn them in to????

RUN - don't walk to the nearest exit.  These people are thieves , nothing more.  All they want is your money.  Forget about any of their grand promises.  If you've already made the mistake and given them money, all you can do is write if off as a expensive life experience.  They have absolutely no intention of ever doing anything for you.

I'm getting sick and tired of these jokers. Every month, same thing again and again. I'm on the federal do-not-call list, and I tell them every time they call. They don't care. I register a complaint with the do-not-call link, and nothing happens. They'll be calling again in July. Even the feds can't make these jokers stop--or are unwilling to try. Curiosity, though: always foreign accents....

I got a call today, but they gave me information about my credit card.  The first person then asked for the last 4 digits of my social security number to verify who I was with the credit card company.  This person then transferred me to another person who tried to ask me for the 1st 5 digits of my social security number to create a pin number.  They wanted to charge my card $1495, but stated that this would be on a 0% escrow transfer and I would get it back in 60 days.  They stated that they would save me $3750 in the 1st 3 months.  This 2nd person then stated that someone from the Legal Department would call me and confirm everything.  I can not believe that these people had all this information about me and my cards.  This Legal department person then called me but because I was not agreeing to anything he sent me back to the 2nd person I talked to and that person then got another person who stated that she would call me back tomorrow to go over everything and finalize the information.  I am still having a hard time understanding how they have all this information on me.
