Caller threatens with legal actions on some sort. Lady' name Karen

Girlfriend got a call from them. Said they wanted to take her to court unless she paid 500 dollars them and there. They said they were gonna get an attorney and court would end up costing her 2500to dollars.  When asked what their trouble attorney's branch number was they hung up.

Call received two days in a row that they are coming to my residence or to my employer to get my signature to appear in court.

got the same message about showing up at work or home to give me asummons. was told i had to be available between 12 and 2 on friday. they never showed. havent heard from them since

I recieved a call today stating they were going to be at my house or work place to give me a summons to court and they had certified documents with my social security # . Not sure who they are. Number comes in as unknown or restricted.  Hatwe to tell them but they cannot come to my work. They will be removedd fromt he property. I wish them luck!!

Calls everyday saying filed paper in the court under my name and social security number  some one by the name lauren hunter so I ask which court should I call to see what you all filed and they said why would you call the court just call us and we will unfile your papers. They did not want me to call the court. I hung up. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau to stop them from call my Job. I told them I have not ideal what they were talking about
