Wife received a call from this number about me claiming a complaint and allegations with papers being served blah blah blah. Tried to call them back and got nowhere but can't wait to tear their heads off when i contact them. These people are criminals somehow buying cheap information online and making people believe that the supposed allegations are true by providing social security numbers and other sensitive information.  In addition they call from an area code local to yours which is just a robot that could be generating the numbers from an other area many miles away. If they are lucky they will get financial information from you and steal money from you for something so false it makes me sick. They are also tied to this number 877-350-3371.

they just called me also, threats threats, I told them to 'come on over and arrest me, I dare you".  they are scum. block them.

Did they say the complaint was in regard to You commiting fraud. Because that’s the voicemail I received

They keep leaving voicemails that they have a complaint against me in regard to me commiting fraud. And they want to talk to me before filing paperwork that will be sent to me and my employer

I received the same voice mail from a Terry Spencer at ext 107.  When I tried to call back I got voicemail so I hit 0 to try someone else and say on hold.  Sounded like he said CRM?  Also said I received many mailings about this.  I have not...

I have been called several times with threats of being aressted I ask for information and they tell me I should know and I would be aware of a loan I took out I haven't taken a loan out in 10 years

Called office, asked for someone who hasn't worked here in years.  Told them that and I then hung up.  Normally I don't answer "800 Service" numbers since they almost always hang up in my ear when I answer with the co's name.

Called and left message. Called them back and they wanted me to verify ssn or birthday
I refused politely and the man said well then we are going to arrest you. I told them collecting agency can't threaten people and he was still talking while I was hanging up.

Calls my cell from a local number and leaves voicemail claiming to be from "CRS Mediation". Says in automated voice who the call is for, which was my husband's name. Then a real person talks and states that they are calling in regards to allegations being made towards my husband and to call them back at 877-350-3371 but didn't mention the local number they called from nor anything remotely close to it. I looked up "CRS Mediation" and found a company that deals with mediations called "Conflict Resolution Services" based in Colorado and the given numbers on their website are nothing close to the number they called from nor the number they gave to call back. Decide to do a search on the number they left to call back (877-350-3371) and found a site with several reports of people who also received the same calls. Those who spoke to a person from the supposed company say they were trying to threaten to arrest them and wanted them to verify their social security numbers. This looks like another scam.

Received a call similar to the other reports,  sounded pretty convincing.

Caller name Ken Anderson claim he's represent a party petitioning to file suit. When I replied to the caller that the number he is calling from is listed with a number associated with being a SCAM. He then replied, "if dont speak with me, you can speak with the judge."

Block him!  If there was an actual suit, you would NOT have a warning cold call.

Saying there is fraud and need to speak with my sister

All the same as stated by others before me except the message left is for my ex-husband. We've been divorced for almost 20 years, so their information is obviously SUPER out-dated.

No, that is part of their extortion plot.

One of the tricks they use is to call your family, friends, neighbors and/or places of employment (past or present or both) to create panic and embarrassment so that their intended victim calls them and they can scare that person into paying their extortion money.  They often call people that have never even been associated with you because they get erroneous information off of the internet.

Called, left message, returned call to extension 106. Claimed that I still owed a little over $1100.00 for some debt but would not give details. Claimed that I would received summons to appear in court. Basically the same scam as reported by others.

Have numerous calls from local number about my brother saying he has two allegations against him, to call back this number for more information. I called number back to investigate and it was just a robot prompting me like a legit business.  Although the wording was businesslike it sounded like some guy recorded it poorly and put it there. Don’t trust them, very fishy. They have left voicemails on my phone from same guy but the business name changes each time they call. First it was BCAA then this last time it was CRS or something.
