At best this is a shady marketing message for a shady weight loss product, but most likely a scam.
The "hilx.io" domain was registered all of 74 days ago.  The link redirects to a page on "truehealthdesk.site" (which was registered just 23 days ago).
The site presents logos for the "Today Show" and the "NBC Network" and plays a video, that is claimed to be a clip from the "Today Show", about a new "miracle" weight loss product.
Below the video are "comments" from what are supposed to be "satisfied customers".  It lists a supposed count of 38,000+ comments, but only one page of them can be viewed and the timestamps showing how long ago they were posted never change.  Most of the links on the page either do not work or lead to "page not found" errors.
No doubt, if one were to watch the video all the way to the end they would be given a number to call so they could place an order to be ripped off.

Just another "Snake Oil" scam.

Forward unwanted spam/scam texts to 7726 (SPAM) and let your phone service provider deal with them.
That number was set up by the phone companies to combat spam/scam texts and they can shutdown offending phone numbers.
Never reply with "STOP", scammers will not honor the request (they have no honor to begin with) and it only verifies that they have texted to a valid number with a person who reads their texts.  It will not STOP the texts and may actually make them more frequent.
Never click on a link in such a text as it may cause malware to be inserted on your phone, and even if it does not, just as with replying "STOP" the scammers will know they reached a valid number.
Do not repost any links included in the text message to public sites such as this one.  It may subject others to malware if they click on it or, in some cases, it may reveal personal information posted on the target site of the link.  Links that are a domain followed by a string of characters and digits (e.g., "somedomain.com/AbC1d34q") are specific to the text recipient.  If the link is followed, the sender will know and assume the intended recipient clicked on it, which may lead to more texts being sent.
