Salesman said he was with Birch Communications.

Gentleman said he was with AT&T and needed to speak to the person authorized on the account regarding a possible incorrect reoccurring charge on our bill phone bill.  When I called the number back I got the voice mail for Birch Communications!

Hang up call

Phone rang only three times - not even long enough to leave a message if they wanted to.  I called the number back and got a recording that it is "Birch Communications"  Now blocked.

Have received several calls from 877-351-3003 with a gentleman or should I say a guy, because he certainly is not a gentleman saying that he is with AT&T and wanting to know who handles our account. When I try to speak with him he always makes insulting remarks and then hangs up. When I try to call back all I ever get is voicemail.

Calls repeatedly, several times a day and hangs up.

Said he was with Bich phone service Never heard of it

When I answered, a man said hello, then, "Is this a law office?" I said yes, and he said, "I'm terribly sorry. Please disregard this call." Thanks for the info here.

Guy claims they buy AT&T small business lines and can offer a much reduced rate.  I asked for an email outlining their offer but he wasn't interested in sending anything in writing and promptly hung up.  Sounds like a real reputable company...

This number called the office today. A man identified himself as calling from Birch Communications and assumed I was the boss' husband! I stopped him immediately and told him we weren't interested and to place us on his do not call list.

Nobody on the other end?

The guy would not say what company he was calling from but wanted to speak to the decision maker of our Century Link account. I sent him straight to my VM. He never left a message.

the [***] call and try and switch your CenturyLink phone to them.  I tell them to have my CenturyLink contact call me.

Call him in the middle of the night!

Never answer these idiots. Very insistent, persistent in calling endless to trip you into their scam. We blocked the following call from 561-243-6300, from Interface Technologies, telephony solutions, Delray Beach, FL only to be pummeled with these idiots. They're working in tandem, hoping you won't see them coming!

Even more brazen was the message left:  "“Hi my name is Pat, calling on behalf of AT&T, was trying to reach you about a notification we sent you, and didn’t hear from you, to do an update on your lines, call me!! I’m in the office from 9:30-5:30am, Eastern time, and they will send you right to me.”

ALL TELEMARKETING SHOULD BE ILLEGAL, AND BANNED OUT OF EXISTENCE !!!!

Lady called at our place of business, and said she needed to speak with someone in regards to our phone bill. After a bit, I asked which company she was with, because it didn't sound like AT&T. She then was silent, and started to say to me  "you are being very rude", which I wasn't even saying anything, it was weird, all I said was "can you please tell me what company you are with?" Simple enough question. We have several locations so phone providers I wouldn't know unless she tells me that. Then she preceded after me questioning, to say  "I don't like the tone of your voice", it was almost laughable. I was asking basic questions that she couldn't answer, so she decided to be rude to me - that was her response. She said she would call back another day, and hung up. I blocked them.
