Wanted our address to send our claim.  Since we have no claim did not respond.

Cash call trying to collect a past debt included in a bankruptcy.  Very rude and would not even take the case #.  After we hung up on him he called back from 888-852-1436.

Using the name of Waterman, but is not.
BBB has an alert stating that the Waterman company is not associated with these people.
They are actually showing up at peoples homes claiming to have suits against the person.
Don' t give them anything.  They are frauds.

Called again from # 336-405-8205 and left threating message.

I decided to call this number to find out what this "claim" is about. Found out its from a payday loan back from 2013. I did have payday loan(s) back in 2013, but I paid them back after being harassed and threatened. So, this one, I've learned that these calls are spam, so I know how to act and say. After I said I'm not going to provide my current information, the woman on the phone IMMEDIATELY raised her voice. Yep! That quick? Have fun getting me my "documents."

So. Obviously. Spam over a payday loan.

Received a call from 949-274-8840 stating that I need to call them to give them my home and work address and that I have a Claim against me and to call 877-351-4864. I don't have any loans from them. Tired of these scams

I had received a call from this number guy was very rude and when I asked what was the claim from again very rude saying if I was not read the claim that "he guesses he will read it" so bc he was being very rude I hung up on him he called 2x after that so I blocked the number ... Good luck to his rude self of getting through!!

I've been savy to these scammers for a couple of years now. Whenever I get a threatening colloection call and the only message they leave is a number and a document number, I search the phone # and end up in a forum like this.
They are pushing you into a fearful decision to pay up before 2PM today or they will send the Sheriffs out etc. Be brave and stay the course. They are soooo not legit! Don't get into an arguement with them because they want you to slip up and tell them something they can use. This is the new version of a dumpster diver!

First a rude man called me 3x wed and 4!!x thurs and 2x at my job on wed telling me that I need to call 18773514864 bc a claim pending. He said I HAD to call or he was coming to serve me papers. When I asked what for he was rude and said I needed to call. Well I didn't call bc I was at work. So he calked back. By then I was flustered so I called. A lady named Amanda said I had a claim. She took 4 mins of my life "pulling" up my info. Told ne it was a payday loan from 2012, 4 yrs ago. I said it was wrong she said my address and p-o-employment was connected to this claim. She had my address asked if it was correct. I said yes. Then asked if this was my email. It wasn't, it was my mom's. I told her everything was false, she said Thry would proceed against me blah blah blah. DON'T send ur money to these LIARS!!!

Recieved a call from what they called ASR. Threatened me with the sheriff. Sadly I'm from small town USA and never delt with this kind of stuff before. Gave them my bank info and didn't get wise to it until the Waterman company tried to take money out and I never owed the withdraw. But when they originally called it was CFS. :(

You might want to spend some time reading all the different reports here and learn how these scams work. And how to deal with them and reduce the frequency of these calls.

Pay day loan scammer. Original phone call from cfs llc to collect on a pay day loan never took out. Actual payout goes from bank to this phone number and residence. Scam alert. Hang up i got suckered because they presented old bank account info and other non public info which made me think it was legit. Its not.

This is a fake debt collection company out of Mesa Arizona. They call people and threaten them with law suites and claim they owe money. Do not pay these scammers a dime. They use scare tactics and are usually collecting on frivolous debts. I am currently working with a client to go after these types of people. I have found the following info on them.

They go by several different company names including the following:

They come up as a business in Wyoming but are not located there. There is little info with the Arizona Corporation Commission, but they do show business registered there. They do not show a license to conduct collections in Arizona.

Do your homework on these people. Be sure to record your calls and let them know you are recording, then you can use that recording in court against them. They will probably hang up on you if you tell them that.

Call a local attorney in your area that handles these type of calls as they are everywhere. Play the game right back at them and get a few dollars out of it. Reach out to the Arizona Attorney General and the Arizona Department of Finance. These sources will shut them down quick.

The registered in Florida using this address:  980 S ALMA SCHOOL RD. SUITE 2-247 CHANDLER, AZ 85248  Which is a UPS store.

They called claiming to be from LVNV and then Scott & Associates. They got 1 payment of $147 toward a legit amount before i called the attorney i had gotten a letter from. That is when i started back tracking. I have filed a claim with greendot card i have for such usage. I am looking in my phone now for the number. If not, they will call again because i set up a payment plan for the 30th of each month. Now that card is stopped and there is an attorney pursuing these creeps and they need the phone numbers. Next filing with State AG Doj White Collar Division and other federal agencies. This group is a foreign national business and i suspect Cartel or Tertorists funding. The group is in every state.

I have back tracked them to Ca. Wy and Nc but all go back to Arizona. I have snapped screened what i found in each state. They aren't filing records as required by each state. So I also shared my findings with the feds. In all states the companies are listed as a foreign business which immediately raised a red flag.

Have you thought of a class action suit? I have responses from all these people done my own research and this is a deep complicated scam.
