I received the same call as Roger got on my cell , l did not pick up , he left same message . I blocked the scams number .So far l don’t  receive that scam call.

I received a call from this number and answered the phone. I heard the prerecording listed above in another comment so I called the number back. A lady answers, “Can I help you?”  That’s ALL she said. I explained I received a called from this number. She asks for my number and upon giving it to her, she says this is for (my name). I responded with, “ok what’s this about!”  She shouts back in the phone, “call back with a better attitude and I might tell you!” She then hangs up the phone. ??????????  What in the world????

called and left the same message. not returning any calls and not expecting any visits. let 'em come! my dog bites.

Left a message. Here’s the transcript: “That work _ supervisor have a _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ will need to be available _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ please be advised tell you to sign for the summons _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ missed court appointments if you have any questions or concerns you can contact the party that is filing against you at 1-877-353-1056 or you can press one after the tone to be connected directly…”. I’m not going to call back.

Total scam...they somehow get the info on already resolved debt and claim that it has not been resolved.  They even left a message on my elderly mother's phone.  I asked for their address so I could have my lawyer contact them officially and told the woman on the phone that I knew what they were doing...and that I was going to do everything I could to make them stop.   The woman then yelled "[***] you and your old mom" and hung up on me.  So there you have it.

Same as above asking for money saying there is a summons for a vehicle loan from 2006. Spam. Ignoring this until firm info is given.

Same as above.  Said he had a summons.  I'm an attorney so I asked him more specific questions than he was able to answer and laughed at him.

This is the first time this number called me with the same voice memo everyone is reporting, but I have had this call before a few weeks ago under another number - 312-265-6880.

They are under a fraudulent company called "V-R Recovery". Apparently they obtained leaked information from Auto Finance companies such as Santander Consumer USA. If you ever had a closed account for a vehicle, repossession, etc. I'd probably look into this matter with an Advisor/Attorney because your private information may have been leaked to companies trying to scam you for money. These people call and try to convince you to settling amounts of an unpaid balance and what not.

I actually spoke to someone from the 312 number (based in Chicago) and I asked them to send me information about a settlement. They emailed me a .pdf that was laughable at best. Deleted, and blocked.

Block their number. They are scammers.

Got the same call. So sick of this! They never mention my name!

Got some call about a summons total bs!  Made up name to try to steal money from me!  Shut these sob's down!!!!!!!!
