It says I have to phone them at that number so they can disable something that has infected my credit card details & if I don't call them before I turn off They will disable my computer to prevent them from damaging their network.

call them because something has hacked our banking info & sending to hackers & they will shut us down if we don't call them about the virus and they will shut us down bo it doesn't ruin their network.  they will be forced to shut us down.   I think it must be a scam for them to charge us to pay them.

This number popped up saying it was from microsoft windows.  Said that my computer has been blocked - which it is, and to call this number.  When I called microsofts number it said that they were experiencing more than normal calls.  |I was redirected and then hung up on.
