Male with an India accent left a message that had my name at the beginning.  Something like "Hi, <my name>, a balance of $200 has been overdue for security labor.  If you have any questions call us at 877-353-1091."  A long time ago, when I had computer trouble, I ended up in a phone conversation where the caller (India accent, too) wanted to go onto my PC but I hadn't let them.  Maybe this is those guys?

I called back from my office phone.  I work for an attorney in Indiana.  I asked for the name of the company.  The male with the Indian voice would not give it too me. He said that it was for computer security.  I told him I did not authorize any charge on my credit card and would be informing the Attorney General's office in the State of Indiana about this because it was a scam.

I just got a call from these people.  And said that if I was a christian I would call them back.  They are saying they have to charge me $200.00 for security labor.  I know in the past I had computer trouble and called the number that popped up on the screen saying something like to call microsoft and gave a number, so I called it but I did not ok anything else to be charged.  I would like to know who else can I contact to try and stop this
