877-353-1146

This number called but left a voice mail saying that I needed to call 877-353-1146. Said his name was Charles with outsourcing and that there has been a complaint filed in their office. I am debt free so I know that this is a Scam!  Be careful, these lowlifes are trying to scam people especially during the holidays.

A number 773-945-5892 a person named Charles Richard left a messeage that there was a complaint filed in there office tp press and speak to a live agent or call back number 877-353-1146...i never answer numbers i dont know.

Got the same call, exactly the same message. Block the caller and go live your life. Total Hoax.

I just got the same message, only my beginning number was different.....

I received a call on both my cell and land line from Charles Richards saying the same as above. It sounds like a bill collector type call. I did not call back. Who is this?

This is some kind of scam. I can't be sure exactly what kind of scam because the called did not identify himself, but he is obviously violating numerous federal and state laws. 1. The number from the caller ID is unassigned, so he is obviously faking the caller ID information in violation of federal law. 2. He did not identify his company, which violates federal law. (He said he was "Charles Richards" from "Outsourcing Department", so obviously a fake company name that I suspect he is not even a native English speaker.) 3. The number he was calling is on the Do Not Call list, so since I have no business relationship with this fake person from a fake company, that also violates federal law. 4. He probably is trying to collect credit card numbers or some other kind of illegal activity; whatever it was must be something illegal if he is faking the caller ID information. He called using caller ID faked with the unassigned number 410-401-0919 and left the callback number 877-353-1146. I will certainly report this to the FTC, FCC, and CFPB once the idiot child in the White House is jailed and the federal government reopens.
