These people call say they are a litigation company serving summons from a court case for a financial institution for breach of contract and fraud, still not sure what their deal is. Any suggestions?

Got the same call from these idiots who claim they are serving summons from court and I can stop action by paying.  I told them they were crazy and to leave me alone and hung up.  The jerk I was talking to had the nerve to call me back and TELL ME I WAS RUDE TO HIM!!!!  Then, I found out today that they called my ex-husband of about 20 years and left a detailed message on his answering machine.  I don't even have his number so I don't know how they made that connection.  They said they were ACS Group and were using the telephone number 877-353-3661.

These guys are a scam. Don't give them any money.

A relative received a call from this number hunting. Message was to call Lisa White back at this number. I did and first mistake was they said a Lisa White doesn't work here then told me they couldn't mail me any documentation then said I couldn't have their address. I am sick of people harassing people like this!!!

I got a called today from these same people the guy said his name is David Carter and he was going to summons me at my place of employment and my home. For what? I don't even know what this is about and they want even give you any information..........

I just got a call today from a guy I called back they wanted to verfy my ssn# with the last four digits I told her to tell me what they were she would not. she says I have all your info here I said well tell me the last four digits. She would not and hung up
