These people try to get a debt collected and they are a fraud.

They called me stating that I took out an internet loan (WHICH I DID NOT) and stated that I had a returned check and i will be charged with a felony and my bond woud be $6000! That they are court mediations and that the account had been through 3 different collections and that i had to pay $690 by the next day or I would go to jail.

They are a fraud I never took that loan and they are creditors.

Scam - you do not go to jail even if you did owe money.  The next call will probably be "The police are coming".  They are trying to scare you.  If it is not you, it could be someone with a similar name or they could have pulled your number out of the air.  They could have bought an very old debt for pennies and now decided to harass someone with their threats.  Many of these bottom feeders are not even in the United States.
