receiving calls from an 317-203-0387 saying they have something to "deliver" to me on Monday.  I'm to call back at 1-877-353-6546 to discuss.  They are hard to understand, and gave a case number...  I believe this is a SCAM, but want to see if anyone else has received anything like this.  There are too many of these types of SCAMS going on to fall prey to.

I got the same call today 12-18-17.
Said the same. The number local to me 757-243-1076.

Saying they will come to my place of employment and home between 12 and 5 to serve a notice of intent.

Phony process server scam.  There are no papers to serve and legitimate process servers do NOT call up ahead of time and let you know they are coming by.  Ignore and block the number

2 different people called ...on Tuesday a man called with accent ,hard to understand . On Wed.a woman called with same accent maybe from middle east...saying she had papers on her desk and a case number. The mesage was the same word for word.P.S. you could hear other people talking on phones in background! SCAM ! P.S.S. they aren't even calling for me they are calling for a woman!

They called my phone number looking for my sister and said they received legal documentswith her name.and social.security number on them and that she needed to talk to them right away. Also said that it was a notice of intent to serve...we all know if you are being served with legal documents they show.up.at your door not over the phone. They also called my sisters phone and my mother's house with the same message. I guess they really want that information badly..total SCAM. They want you to tell them your social security number so they can use it.
