The old "Let us lower your interest card rate" scam.  This guy REALLY tried!  He even gave me a real call-back number...supposedly in Orlando, FL.  I said I would have to call him back to confirm that this isn't a scam, and he actually was at this number. I said if you are really in Orlando, FL then let me speak with someone that does not have a foreign accent or that speaks spanish...they should be a dime a dozen there.  He put me on hold and an another Indian lady picked up...nice try I told him when he took the phone back...he said there were no other agents available....of course (only the Indian agents are free at the moment).   SCAM!

By the way...Everyone should give "Benjamin" the scammer a call....he is at 877-353-7092 (ask for him by name)!

Wanted to lower on interest rates

I've received many calls from this number and others.  Even when you push #2, it doesn't stop.  Can't something be done about this.

Sam from CitiBank (I doubt that very much) wanting to lower my interest rate on my credit card.  I set a new record for me on the time I kept him on the call.  It was fun (even though a complete waste of time) for 28 minutes!!  Finally I believe I frustrated them more than they frustrate me.  Score 110 them, 1 for me.

The guy called saying he was from BACK OF AMERICA and can lower my interest rate on my credit card.  Hard to understand,  so he transferred me to his supervisor who said he is from CITIBANK. After arguing about which bank he was really from,  he said "who cares what
F'n  bank? Just give me your card numbers"
