Got a call also probably scammers

The number was for Brighthouse

Yes, just got the same call & found it was Brighthouse informing me that I can pay my bills online. Pretty weird since I don't have & cannot get Brighthouse in my area.

If this is truly Brighthouse, why not leave a message?  Hey I'm at work here and the harassing nonsense calls must stop!

Called number back after being called at work five times in one hour.  It rings immediately says bright house and then straight to a telemarketer with lots of chatter in the background asking for my name address phone number associated with the account and the last four of my social #.  I hung up and called bright house from their 800-number provided on their website.  When I asked the representative why they were calling to harass me so much they pulled up the call logs associated with my account and NO ONE from Brighthouse had actually called me.  Do not give these people any information they are scammers!!!!

get calls from this number at least 3 times a day.  if you answer they hang up.

I have received three calls within 12 hours. I don't know the number so I refuse to answer. If it was so important to call so many times they should have left a message!

Calls come at a rate of ca 4 per late evening. No msgs. Add another scammer to the already long list!

Brighthouse Network- Called three times in 1/2 day. When is it considered harassment?

Apparently it's a Bright House collection service. Had trouble w/my auto-payment and became tardy. I called the standard Bright House line to confirm this. If you don't have Bright House and you're getting calls, they must have the wrong # or you might want to check your credit report...

Complete scammers. 1. Brighthouse was bought out by another company 2. The phone number is not on the official website.

This is a scam operation. File a police report if they attempt to contact you.

I paid my bill! I checked again and it was even higher. If I paid 2 weeks ago, how the hell are they gonna demand another payment. I pay my bills once a month and these fools looking for more money. Bright house can kiss my bright ass.

and this is what happens when companies outsource to third world countries like India, they have all your information... Brighthouse/now spectrum is spposedly bringing back all cust serv to AMERICAN SOIL... well see.... NEVER provide any personal information from a call you answered....
